Invocation of the Archangels

Invocation  of Archangelic Presence instills a nurturing, cleansing, inspiring vibration of The Living God Spirit into one's consciousness.  The following exercise can be performed in a stationary position with the eyes closed.

  • Start by breathing deeply, rhythmically
  • Inhale through the nose, hold the breath for 3 seconds and slowly exhale through the mouth.
  • As you inhale, visualize cleansing Golden/White light vibrations entering your body through the nose.
  • The light travels down your throat, fills your lungs, chest cavity and heart center.
  • As you exhale, visualize discordant energies, tension, confusion, stress leaving your body through the mouth in dark, cloudy swirls of energy.
  • Bless yourself and these discordant vibrations in the name of your Higher Power as you cast the energies unto the ether to find peaceful resolution.
  • Offer a silent prayer for blessing  and for the invocation of the light of God
  • Silently repeat the words "Attune, Balance, Integrate, Ground" at least three times.
  • Silently repeat "Almighty Yah, Great Spirit of Light, by the Spirit of Christ Jesus, in Thee do I trust."
  • Begin your Invocation by peering upward through the third eye between the eyebrows and visualize the color purple to invoke Archangel Michael
  • Next, look downward and visualize the color yellow to invoke Archangel Gabriel
  • Then, turn your eyes to the left and visualize the color green to invoke Archangel Raphael
  • Finally, look down and back across to the far right and visualize the color blue to complete the Invocation with Archangel Uriel.
  • Complete the sequence 3 times, using the words:
  • In the Name of Yahweh, by the Spirit of Christ Jesus, I invoke the presence of Archangel Michael to join with me this day
  • Then speak the same words silently to invoke Archangel Gabriel, Archangel Raphael and Archangel Uriel.

This procedure can be incorporated into your daily meditation to help infuse your consciousness with conviction and guidance through Divine Light Vibrations.

Handwriting Troublesome Signs

We often spend a great deal of time, effort and money getting to know someone; only to discover that they have needs or desires that are incompatible with our frame of reference.  However, you can effectively recognize compatible traits and invite those people into your life who have a greater possibility of forming a quality relationship with you.  By taking a few moments to notice the person's handwriting you will observe very small neuro-muscular movements that are shared by people with particular personality traits.  Following is a brief summary of some of these traits.

Note: If the person tends to print rather than write a cursive script, they tend to put up barriers so others cannot easily see who they really are, but you can still interpret the individual strokes.

  • Irritability and Temper: shown by jagged and angular letters, slashed right i-dots, right of the stem t-bars, barbs leading into first letters of words usually on capital m's, I's with two tails pointing to the right.  This writer tends to finger-point and blame others.  It would be helpful for the writer to lighten up and not expect so much of himself and others.
  • Temper Tantrums: shown by long and sharply pointed endings to letters.  This writer tends to display sarcasm and makes it difficult for others to relate to them on a deep level.
  • Defensiveness and Over-Sensitivity to Criticism: shown by loops that don't belong in the t or d.  Looped d's mean sensitivity to criticism and defensiveness about personal habits.  Looped t's mean sensitivity about work performance.
  • Manipulation: shown by threaded writing, large writing and arcade endings to letters.  Thready, wispy strokes and arcade endings indicate secret motives and that a person may be concealing something.
  • Argumentativeness: shown by p's with very high extensions into the upper zone.
  • Jealousy: shown by jagged writing, teeny lops introducing upper case letters.  These writers tend to feel unlovable.  If the personal pronoun I has a tiny loop, jealousy can be a chronic and  crucial part of the writer's life.
  • Aggressiveness and Hostility: shown by angular lower loops, jagged writing, stabs in the middle or lower zones of letters and stabs at the baseline.  These writers tend to be abrupt and see the world as a hostile place.
  • Sadism: shown by blunt, clublike endings in the middle zone letters indicating a sadistic tendency.  Blunt endings below the line tend to indicate brutality.

Essential Oil Perfume Blend Proportions

You can control the strength of the final blend of essential oils by varying the proportion of essential oils to the base.  Use less of heavier scented oils such as patchouli, sandalwood, rose or vanilla and more of citrus scented oils.  After the oils have had time to mellow, you can always add more fragrance or essential oils to the blend.  The following proportions assume you are using no more than 30-40 drops of fragrance or essential oils.

  • Perfume blends: After selecting the essential oil or fragrance oils you want in your perfume, blend them and add 1/8 ounce of 100 proof vodka to the mixture.
  • Eau de Parfum: After selecting the essential oil or fragrance oils you want in your eau de parfum, blend them and add 1/4 ounce of 100 proof vodka to the mixture.
  • Eau de Toilette: After selecting the essential oil or fragrance oils you want in your eau de toilette, blend them and add 1/2 ounce of 100 proof vodka to the mixture.
  • Sweet Waters: In a four-ounce glass bottle, blend your favorite oils and add one ounce of 100-proof vodka to the mixture.  Fill the rest of the bottle with distilled water.  Shake and allow to mellow for two weeks.  Stir with a glass rod or gently swirl the contents every day.
  • Perfume Oil: Jojoba is a liquid wax rather than an oil.  It disappears into the skin after application and does not become rancid over time, making it a perfect base for perfume oils.  To make your perfume oil, follow the general instructions for making perfume but substitute jojoba oil in place of the vodka.
Note:  You cannot substitute an oil base in a recipe that includes distilled water because the two will not mix.

Exercise for Clearing Out Extraneous Energy Demand Intruders Leave

When you master clearing out extraneous energy, you will find that you no longer feel compelled to buy things you don't need, do things you don't intend to do, or vent negative feelings on those people close to you.  You will be able to withstand corporate and office politics.  You will no longer be a target for harassment, being manipulated or bullied.  Start by finding a quiet moment to collect your energy, turn your attention toward the source of the negative energy, even if you do not know a specific name or location of the individual or individuals, you will demand that the source of the negative energy leave you now.  Firmly state your intention that it is not welcome and must go.  If you feel the negative energy resisting, gather energy from all those who love you now, who will ever love you and those who have ever loved you and the universal life force itself.  Use the collective love energy to push the negative energy back to the sender or to its original source.  If you detect any type of auric energy cord connecting you to the sender, sever it immediately with a visualization that feels right to you.  Be creative and think of your favorite tool for clearing your path of obstructions.

Here's an exercise to sharpen your ability to clear negative energy.
  • Visualize a grounding cord to the center of the earth.  This cord will carry away all extraneous energy.
  • Visualize your aura and the aura around your home as complete, healthy and whole.
  • Sense whether there is any trace of an intruder's energy in your field or your home's field.
  • If there is, demand that it leave.
  • If it resists, gather energy from all those who have ever loved you, love you right now, and will ever love you through all time and space and the universal life force energy.
  • Push the negative energy back to the sender or its original source.
  • If you sense any kind of auric energy cord connecting you to the sender, sever it immediately with the tool of your choice.  For example, you could use a sword, a torch of fire, a laser of love.
Your energy body will benefit from carefully reviewing every relationship in your life and cleaning out all those that primarily bring you feelings of discomfort and unease.

Spiritual Illimination Meditation

If you have a problem but can't quite pinpoint the exact nature of the problem, try this spiritual illumination meditation.  Spiritual illumination is seeing with spirit eyes to gain a greater understanding or comprehension of something in general or for specific guidance or direction.  Spiritual illumination can also help explain why you are in a particular mental or emotional state.  The key to working successfully with this meditation is using the pure white light.
Start by relaxing.  Let go of the world's clamor and your preoccupations.
Next, call for protection by placing yourself in a bubble of light.  Stand up, hold your arms out and envision yourself surrounded by a golden bubble of light about arm's length from your body.  This bubble totally surrounds your body.  Envision seven flows of living light surrounding you and keeping you in perfect safety while you say: "Encircle me now in a golden bubble of protective light.  I ask for seven flows of this light to surround me, keeping me perfectly protected."
Then visualize a pure white light coming into your Higher Self Point above your head.  Say the following: "Down-ray the pure white light into my Higher Self Point, lifting me up into Thy divine consciousness that I may see with Thy spirit eyes, illuminating and revealing what I need to work on in my life."
After you have made your connection, become still and receptive.  Be quiet and let God speak to you.  You may get an answer right away or it may be revealed to you later.

Secret Feng Shui Sha Chi Arrows

Sharp corners and angles send secret arrows of sha chi toward whatever is in their way.  As chi flows along smooth surfaces and comes to an angle, it creates turbulent energy at the point of the angle.  This can result in stress, anxiety, difficult sleep, arguments, and conflict.  If possible, avoid placing the bed, desk, sofa or other key seating or working areas where you will be attacked by a sharp corner.  As a guideline, the effect of a secret arrow will be felt for a distance equal to its height.  To soften a sharp corner, try placing a live plant in front of it, draping a piece of fabric in front of it, or hanging a faceted crystal ball or wind chime in front of it.  As you work on correcting any sharp angles in your feng shui power spots, focus on reducing the tension created by turbulent chi.  When you are finished with the treatment, make a statement to support your intention.  For instance you might say: "The secret arrows no longer disturb my concentration and I am now able to make rapid progress toward my goal of ..... "  Take a moment to visualize the specific improvements you would like to gain from your improved comfort or concentration.  Picture the new situation in your mind as if it has already happened.  Source: Fast Feng Shui by Stephanie Roberts.

Blend Bass Middle Top Note Essential Oil Fragrance

Essential Oil can be combined using a three-note structure to build a balanced and pleasing blend of oils.  The top note touches the sensibility first and vanishes in a few moments.  The middle note or heart of the blend, sets the theme for the fragrance.  The middle note scent can last for hours.  Finally, the bass note or dry-out note provides depth to the fragrance and might linger for several days.  Bass notes act as a foundation to a blend.

Bass notes are earthy, woodsy smells and are grounding to the spirit.  Without a bass note, a perfume will not last.  Some typical bass notes include amber, angelica, beeswax, benzoin, frankincense, ginger, myrrh, orris, patchouli, vanilla and vetiver.

Middle notes are called bouquet or heart notes.  The middle note is the scent that unfolds a few moments after the application of a perfume.  Middle notes tend to be herby and flowery and weave the top and bottoms notes together.  Some typical middle notes include carnation, cinnamon bark, clary sage, clove bud, gardenia, honey, jasmine, pine, orrisroot, rose rosemary and ylang ylang.

Top notes are the peak fragrance and serve as a first impression.  Effective top notes are delicate, light and fresh and are usually sweet, fruity or spicy.  They brighten the senses and spark the attention.  Some typical top notes are basil, clary sage, coriander, juniper, lavender, lemon, lime, neroli (orange blossom), and spice oils.

Spiritual Meditation Anointing Diffusing Oil

Essential Oils Help Focus the Mind

Essential Oils can help focus the mind and create a serene atmosphere in a sacred space during healing and spiritual practices.  The oils can be diffused using a ceramic diffuser, a candle diffuser, or a nebulizing diffuser.  A hydrosol can also be created using a 2-ounce spray bottle, filled with a mixture of 10 drops of combined essential oils and filtered water.  The contents are then shaken and the scent sprayed around a room or around the neck, shoulders and chest of the individual.

Following is a recipe for a meditation-anointing-diffusing oil.
This makes 1/8 ounce (3.75 ml)
1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) plus 15 drops of basil essential oil
30 drops of frankincense essential oil
1/4 teaspoon (1 mil) plus 8 drops of myrrh essential oil

Feng Shui Bagua Office Productivity

Applying Feng Shui treatments in a shared office area with cubicles or open office arrangement can be accomplished with a modified version of the traditional bagua.  In shared offices the traditional bagua of wisdom, community, empowerment, future, relationships, descendants, compassion and health is changed to challenges, power, association, motivation and career vitality.  Following is a brief way to apply the modified bagua to an office area.
  • The power area is farthest from the threshold of a room.  This area focuses on control, capability, and competence.  Positive items include the desk as long as the occupant sits facing the entrance, growth charts and sales records, icons representing future goals, awards and achievements.  The area may be depleted of potency if the desk is facing away from the entrance to the room, a glass wall is facing another work area, coffee machine, water cooler, general break area or storage closet are located in the power area.
  • The association area is the right side of the room when you are at the room's entrance.  Positive items include fax machine, desk if work involves communication or human services, copier, conference table, reception area, business plans or development ideas, customer files.  The area may be depleted of potency if research or library area, bathroom, awards, sales charts, written dictates such as posted performance reviews are located in the association area.
  • The motivation area is the area surrounding the threshold when you are a the room's entrance.  Positive items include desired rewards or goals, reception area, pictures of individuals admired in the industry, inspirational books, files filled with resource materials.  The area may be depleted of potency if piles of unfinished work, a clock, dim lighting or a conference table are located in the area.
  • The challenge area is the left side of a space.  Positive items include long-term goals, a place for contemplation, inspirational books and publications, printer, computer.  The area may be depleted of potency if file cabinets, break area or coffee maker, calendar, scanner, copy machine, or other duplicating equipment are located in the area.
  • The career vitality or financial health area is the physical center of an area.  Positive items include desk, central file system, printers, fax machine, other communication systems, sculpture or life-enhancing features such as fresh flowers, water feature, terrarium, scent diffuser, accounting or president's office.  The area may be depleted of potency if an empty receptacle for waste or shredders, dictaphone, vault or locked cabinet are in the area.

Problem Signs in Cursive Handwriting

Handwriting can contain signals that the writer may be experiencing a wide range of emotions ranging from tolerable to obnoxious defenses.  Here are some handwriting traits to consider when relating to another person.

  • Over-Dependence: Shown by highly bloated upper loops in letters, exaggerated roundedness in the writing, lower loops that pull leftward, narrow letters and cramped words, cradled or x-shaped I, downward, light pressure t-bar, concave connecting strokes that proceed directly from one letter to the next without returning to the baseline.  These writers tend to need plenty of reassurance.
  • Depression: Shown by handwriting that droops at line or word endings.
  • Irrational Pride: Shown by tall, narrow capitals, t-stems at least two and one-half times higher than lower case letters.  These writers tend to be standoffish and somewhat vane.  They won't reveal what they're feeling as a way to not feel vulnerable.
  • Resentment: Shown by introductory strokes that look like braces or knife blades rising from below the baseline.  The strokes are always straight and rigid.  This writer tends to hold tightly to the past, creating the impression that ancient misdeeds just happened.
  • Miserliness: Shown by tight spacing between letters in words.  A person who experiences frugality tends to end words abruptly, omitting any finishing strokes.  Frugal writers tend to be self-sufficient and not dependent on anyone else's approval.
  • Caution: Shown by handwriting with marks like a car skidding to avoid a collision.  These writers tend to vacillate before making a decision and may be reluctant to make commitments.
  • Feeling Victimized: Shown by shallow, concave t-bars and word endings that sweep to the left.
